Head of Sales & Marketing/Highly Successful Manufacturing Group/£Excellent Package

This specialist manufacturing group has significant plans to expand its operations throughout the UK and Ireland. A new Head of Sales & Marketing position has been created to facilitate and drive this growth.

Working closely with the CEO and other senior management you will build and maintain relationships with commercial partners in established markets as well as identify and form new commercial partnerships in  in a new market. The business is seeking to grow significantly in the next 12 months and the new Head of Sales will be instrumental in writing and implementing the commercial strategy required in order to achieve company objectives.

The position involves directing the sales & marketing functions for the group and leading and motivating a team of professionals.

Candidates are required to demonstrate a record of achievement as a senior sales manager within a busy commercial environment, ideally within a business that has undergone a period of growth and transformation. Previous sales management experience within the manufacturing, building supplies or construction industries in the UK or Ireland is highly desirable.
